Frequently Asked Questions

What is intravenous (IV) hydration therapy?

It is the process of providing supplemental vitamins, minerals, electrolytes, amino acids, and other beneficial compounds into your body through the venous system.

 Also known as:

  • IV Nutrient Therapy

  • IV Vitamin Therapy

  • Vitamin Infusions

  • Vitamin Drips

Who can benefit from IV hydration?

EVERYBODY! Whether you want a boost in energy, suffering from a hangover, or you are an athlete wanting to expedite and enhance your recovery, IV Hydration can be right for you!

Although the numbers and exact percentages vary among different studies, it is still agreed upon that majority of Americans are dehydrated, and chronic dehydration is as real as any other medical condition.

Supplemental IV vitamin administration can help relieve symptoms of fibromyalgia, migraines, hypertension, diabetes, fatigue, Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis, cystic fibrosis, and many other conditions.

Intravenous vs oral vitamins?

Intravenous vitamin infusions are the most effective way to deliver vitamins and other nutrients into your body. When taking vitamins orally, the digestive tract metabolizes these supplements therefore reducing absorption. On the other hand, vitamins administered intravenously bypass the digestive tract and enter the bloodstream directly, resulting in 100% absorption.
